Mike Knight grew up as a military “brat” and spent a majority of his youth in foreign countries learning how to make new friends every four years. Comedy became his go-to tool to break the ice and find the common ground in every culture he came across. Mike started comedy in Omaha, Nebraska and after one year of performing took a risk and came to Chicago to perform at the historic Jokes n’ Notes venue where he discovered he had what it took to move to "The City" and pursue his dreams of becoming a professional comic. 10 years later, he’s showcased at such venues as Riddles, Laugh Factory, Omaha Funny Bone, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Monticello in Atlanta, and is a regular face throughout comedy clubs in the city of Chicago and the surrounding mid-western circuit. He has finished the Second City Improv training course where he was recognized and hired to perform with the Chicago Improv Production group. His newest endeavor involves continuing to grow his Real R.A.P. Podcast with an ever-increasing following of supporters tuned in to hear comics discuss current news and entertainment topics. Comedy is his way of life and he plans to bring the funny to any person in need of a laugh.
